Registration and Game Day Forms

Co-Ed League Registration Forms

For individual players, the Committee has set player subs at GBP 30.00 for the 2022 Season. Forms and fees must be received no later than the 2nd of June 2023, for players to be eligible for Week 1.

For Teams, the Committee has set team registration fee at GBP 50.00 per team. Forms must be received no later than 12th of May 2023, in order for teams to register for competition.

Game Day Forms

Teams are responsible for supplying their own copy of Game Day Forms – these forms must be completed on the day and handed to the Head Official at the end of each game.

Head Officials will cross-check Game Day Forms and provide completed forms to the Committee for processing fixture results, player statistics and other information.
