While the season is over, there is still one more event that we need to do in order to wrap up the season fully. That’s right, it’s AGM time!
Our AGM will be held at the North Clubhouse, starting at 19:00 sharp, on the 12th November.

We encourage all members to attempt to attend where possible, especially this year due to all the various updates we have to go through.
One expansion we would like to add to the documents provided, is that the registration policy is a draft that we are seeking member opinion on, in regards to fee payment. Options that we will be discussing are:
- Team pays registration fee only
- Team pays a registration fee, players pay registration fee (subs at a reduced level to current seasons)
- Players only pay registration fee
To be clear, the Committee is not seeking to increase the amount of money received per team, by adding a team registration fee to player subs, but rather to investigate with our members the most viable way to collect fees. The attached registration policy will be amended to reflect the voting in regards to fees, but all other wording will remain the same in terms of deadlines and requirements.
We hope to see as many of you on the 12th as possible, to go through this and so much more as we look ahead to what has the potential to be a very busy, but prosperous year for this sport in Guernsey!
